What is the minimum order quantity for uniforms?
Our minimum order quantity for uniforms is 50 pieces per design. For uniforms like t-shirts and polo tees, the minimum order starts from 100 pieces per design. We are happy to discuss specific requirements and may be able to accommodate smaller orders on a case-by-case basis.
Do you provide samples for uniforms?
Yes, we are happy to provide fabric samples for your evaluation. Upon confirmation of the design, a prototype uniform (which is chargeable) will be made for your approval before proceeding with the order.
Do you offer bulk discounts for corporate uniforms?
Yes, we offer attractive bulk discounts for larger orders. Please contact us for a personalised quote and to discuss your specific requirements.
How long does it take to receive my order?
The lead time for your order will depend on the complexity of the design, fabric selection and order quantity. Generally, you can expect to receive your uniforms within 4-6 weeks of final approval.
What is your return policy for uniforms?
We will provide alteration service for uniforms that do not fit.
